Dear Friends of the House,
Our faith in our abilities and our need to care for each other has been tested greatly this year. Thankfully, our core mission of providing excellent care to community members in need remains as strong as ever. Along with other healthcare partners, we managed the challenges that COVID-19 presented and are better prepared for potential future situations. This year also brought struggles with finding more staff members to care for a more medically complex patient population.
Our mission is sustained through:
• The longevity and dedication of our staff
• A supportive Board of Trustees
• Strong ties to our Episcopal Church community
• Local organizations and businesses who partner with us each year
This year, we are appealing to our community to support the Shepherd’s Fund, which was created to offer assistance to members of our House family who may be in need of financial support, as their resources have depleted.
Our Shepherd’s Fund can only be maintained by generous donations and assistance from our area community so at this time of year, as the holidays approach, we ask for your help in continuing the important work of the Shepherd’s Fund. All donations are welcomed; no donation is too small. CLICK HERE TO DONATE.
Thank you in advance for continuing to support our mission of excellent care to those residents most in need. Your donation to the Shepherd’s Fund will help us continue our legacy of charity.
Wishing you and your family a wonderful and healthy holiday season in 2020 and a blessed 2021!
David Sullivan, Chairman
Board of Trustee
